## The Chosen

Mortice had a choice among three companies, and upon talking more and getting to know each other, we were the one who took upon the job. We were excited to start on the project, since Mortice’s team were very precise about their product.

## Specific Goals

### UX/UI Design

Mortice had a lot of insightful ideas about their product, and we were in doubt about what specific solution to pursue. We ran a couple of tests, and eventually figured which path to take.

## User-focused

During the discovery phase, we noticed the lack of connection to the user. The primary goal of design is to be useful, so we were laser-focused on the accessibility and ease of use.

## Importance of communication

One of our core values lays in constant communication with our colleagues. In this project, we had a full-on communication that helped us align with Mortice’s wants and needs, necessities and expectations.
