## Tackling both sides

Our work revolved around providing clear and easy-to-understand design for both sides of the interaction.

## Specific Goals

### UX/UI Design

One side of the system included improving the system of doctor search. The users might consider a **series of complex variables** to look for these healthcare services, such as knowing if **the doctor accepts their insurance coverage** and **how much the care costs.** On the other side, we intended to **simplify the process for the other side**, helping healthcare establishment keep an organized system and access client chats with ease.
