> Broker Network is a matchmaking platform for real estate brokers to connect supply and demand. We design mobile apps for this professional networking solution.

Take a look at the **result of our work for Broker Network** in the form of a review.

## About Broker Network

The client themselves describe the product as a matchmaking platform, but for brokers. Consider it a dating app but in real estate, where supply and demand meet for the benefit of both.

### Main Goal

Improve the UX UI design for a bigger task of simplifying the idea of matchmaking, helping users understand it better.

- Industry: Real Estate
- Company Type: Startup
- Location: Mumbai, India

## Iterating live

The most interesting part of this project was that we had to implement the new design basically live. The client had the product **already launched**, so we couldn’t make massive changes, so our work revolved around making **little improvements that seamlessly blended** into the user experience, **bettering it on the go**.

## Specific Goals

### Improve UX UI

We were invested in improving the understanding in providing clarity to the user. This had been the main issue for Broker Network, so we mainly focused on bringing up the idea of easy matchmaking between the sales representatives and clients.

## Introducing chat (again)

The company struggled with empowering users to use the chat option. However, it was crucial for the app’s success as it would increase the engagement and improve user interaction, so the client requested with emphasis to pay major attention to introducing the chat option almost anew.

> We made the chat more prominent, added crucial design elements that guided the users through the interface.

## The timeline

The span of the project was 3 months, which was a bit less than we initially expected. The complexities of working with a product that’s live made us take more time to adjust to the situation. We managed to smoothly improve the user experience without having to “scare the user off” with sudden changes.

> “They really understood what we needed and it reflected in their work. They did in two weeks what would normally take 1–2 months, from research to design. **Speed was something that really mattered** and Rondesignlab was on top of it.”
