## Intricacies

The app allows each employee to depict their **skill set in an individual tree-like profile**, the so-called “skilltree”. Employees choose skills out of a predefined list of skills, which is custom made for each of the client companies. The skills allocated by the employees are than **evaluated by colleagues**.

## Specific Goals

### UX/UI Design

We designed **the user interface for the software**, so that we could give it to the programmers who were working alongside us. We were able to complete the work **in two months**, staying within the timeframe.
