Chassie allows users to customize desks to the smallest details. Desks from Chassie are a stylistic choice for users that wish to see their personalities reflect in their workspace.

## User Study

Chassie’s primary user pool includes customers with home offices, small business creatives, industry professionals and gamers. Based on this, Chassie’s branding, functionality and overall representation has to match the audience.

## UX Foundation

To achieve complete balance within the UX, Chassie proposed to develop the website, beginning with a choice - customization or shop collection.

### Customization vs Collection

To widen the Chassie’s audience reach, a collection of preset desks was created. This allowed for choosing an existing desk, instead of customizing one from scratch. This decreases user frustration and rejection rate.

## Developing Customization

While developing the customization options, we focused on providing a seamless and intuitive experience for users to personalize their desks.

## Desk Builder

We built Chassie’s Desk Builder for both the mobile & desktop versions of the web. By merging all the data and discoveries we had along the way, we presented Chassie with an unforgettable design that strikes with its beauty, vividness and, of course, high usability.
