With the introduction of Large Language Models (LLMs) and AI chatbots, the approach to research adn information gathering was completely rethought. Industry giants in media and entertainment took upon the idea of creating their own variants of chatbots to keep up with the market.   
  
This client has been one of the first contenders for the sweet spot in AI chatbot domination.

Great chatbot UX balances speed and clarity with the flexibility of natural language, so users always know what the bot understood and what will happen next. Because AI can be probabilistic, the interface must reduce ambiguity, prevent mistakes, and make corrections feel effortless.

Scannable typography, spacing, and formatting (headings, bullets, code blocks) so long answers are easy to scan.
