## XSignal Analytics & UI UX Design

> This project deals with a service that provides analysis of digital products and their usage on the market.

## Analyzing the data

XSignal is a service company that helps businesses make better product decisions by turning raw product data into clear, actionable insight. The team analyzes the full customer journey—from acquisition to activation and long-term retention—tracking key performance metrics such as conversion rates, user satisfaction, engagement, churn, and lifetime value.

> By combining quantitative analytics with structured reporting and recommendations, XSignal helps product teams understand what drives growth, where users drop off, and which improvements will have the biggest impact.

> Ultimately, the service provides a reliable measurement framework for product–market fit and supports sustainable, data-driven scaling in the target market.

## Main Problems and Ways to Solve Them

Before our work with XSignal began, the company had outlined the platform’s core features, but without a clear foundation — no validated user needs, defined workflows, or structured product logic to support the idea.

> Their wireframes outlined basic structure, but required close attention paid to details - accessibility, navigation and overall user experience.

## Designing Hierarchy, Accessibility & Style

We worked on the project for one month and used that time to redesign navigation across a complex system, making it easier for users to move through key workflows. In parallel, we standardized the visual language for data presentation to ensure all information types are displayed consistently, clearly, and without misinterpretation.

> It was important for us to unify the system to make it as accessible as possible. Working with massive data loads stands as a UX issue, so we paid close attention to speed and efficiency.

## Culture Integrates Everywhere

We also designed within China-specific market constraints — most notably avoiding the use of red text due to local restrictions — while maintaining strong hierarchy and readability. To support different UI preferences, we produced concepts in two color themes (light and dark mode). Importantly, the entire interface was designed and delivered in Chinese, with localization and readability considered across every screen.

> Such details play a giant role when designing products. Funny enough, we are probably educated on many cultures more than the locals may be!

## Perfectly Immersed Product

Upon our work with UI UX design for XSignal, the company received a product that not only meets all criteria for work on the local market, but exceeds all expectations by providing fast, efficient, accessible, and visually appealing product to the audiences, leaving competitors behind.
