## User Challenges

Doctors needed a way to easily access and understand patient data across visits. The previous system had a confusing structure, making it hard to read notes, identify changes, or understand the full treatment path.

## Key Pain points

### Relevance of Information

Doctors lacked access to recent at-home treatments or external medication use. This led to gaps in diagnosis and prescription decisions.

### Workflow Inefficiency

The interface made it difficult to prioritize urgent information. Doctors had to dig through multiple screens or tabs, slowing the care process.

## Valuable Insights

For EMR+ - EMR Healthcare SaaS Platform project we conducted interviews and tested early designs with medical professionals. Our goal was to understand what slowed them down and where existing EMR systems failed to support decision-making.

## Major Findings

### 65% - Preferred Offline Printouts

Doctors said using printed charts was faster than navigating the software. They struggled to locate and connect different medical records.

### 41 % - Low Interface Satisfaction

User feedback indicated that interface satisfaction was below expectations, mainly due to overload and unclear navigation. Simpler visual grouping was in high demand.

## Our Solutions

We designed EMR+ - EMR Healthcare SaaS Platform ui / ux as a timeline-based medical record tool. It shows all critical data, such as vitals, meds, diagnoses, and tests, in one interface - clearly structured by date and type. Data is grouped visually and prioritized to reduce overload and improve focus.

> We turned a fragmented record into a visual patient story that doctors can read in real time.
