## User Challenges

Many pet camera apps offer clunky interfaces, making it hard for users to interact quickly with pets or control camera features in real-time. Poor UX and hard-to-reach controls disrupt the bonding moment between pet and owner, especially in moments when quick action is needed.

Users reported that reaching camera, treat, and audio features took too many steps. This delay lowered satisfaction and limited real-time pet interaction.

### Complex Navigation Patterns

Confusing control layout made it hard to switch between modes or access features quickly. Users needed a more focused ux structure.

## Valuable Insights

User testing, interviews, and competitor audits helped us build an informed ui / ux solution for PetCam - Smart Home Control IoT Mobile App example.
