## Key Task

The Sensate app offers a comprehensive range of techniques to help users manage stress and enhance well-being. Key tasks include guided meditations, heart rate variability training, breathing exercises, music therapy, biofeedback, stress and sleep tracking and personalized recommendations.  
  
We created and tested multiple interface prototypes to ensure that the app was both functional and intuitive. These features are designed to provide real-time feedback and personalized solutions for users seeking to reduce stress and enhance overall well-being.
