Logotype

## Symbol-Driven Logo

The logo centers around the letter “S,” making it easy to associate with Sugar CRM while staying **simple and scalable**. Its shape supports both print and digital visibility, essential for CRM marketing use cases.   
  
We avoided complex forms to keep the focus on usability across all brand touchpoints. The final result aligns with the rest of the CRM visual language and UI components.

Font and color system

## Typography & Colors

We selected the **Urbanist** typeface for its readability and adaptability in CRM interface design. Our aim was to keep the user experience consistent and focused on CRM task flows. The font supports content visibility across mobile and desktop, reducing visual clutter.   
  
We used **bright, accessible colors** to create clear visual hierarchy and support intuitive navigation. This approach improves user satisfaction and reduces the learning curve in the Sugar CRM project.

Strategy

## Main mission

Our key mission was to design a clean, recognizable logo that reflects the essence of CRM, incorporating elements that convey connectivity, growth, or efficiency. The final concept supports cross-platform usability and aligns with the overall Sugar CRM UI system.

In Sugar CRM – SaaS example, we wanted to create an interface that seamlessly blends user-friendliness with visual appeal. We aimed to make the design easy to navigate and visually consistent.

## Mobile design concept

As part of Sugar CRM – SaaS project, we extended our focus to crafting a mobile app, aligning with our commitment to delivering an intuitive and visually captivating platform. 

We began by understanding the unique needs of mobile users. Recognizing the dynamic nature of on-the-go interactions, our design prioritized simplicity, ensuring that users could effortlessly navigate the app and access critical CRM functionalities with minimal effort.

Identity

## Branding identity

Creating a brand identity for Sugar CRM involves extending the visual elements across various mediums, including billboards, stationery, and even merchandise like t-shirts.

### Outdoor advertising

For billboards, we recognized the need for instant recognition and impact. The SugarCRM logo took center stage. Key messages about the platform's benefits were strategically integrated, fostering curiosity and interest.

### Merchandise

Bringing the brand to life on t-shirts involved a creative approach. We explored designs that incorporated elements of the Sugar CRM logo while adding a touch of playfulness. Wearers became brand ambassadors, embodying the spirit of SugarCRM in a casual and engaging manner.
