Logotype

## Logo Creation

The Trivi logo distills the platform's founding promise into a single form: clarity, efficiency, and financial control. The mark was built to hold visual balance at both small and large sizes, working across digital and print formats without losing character. Minimal elements reference CRM management and workflow organization, keeping the symbol readable whether it appears on an app icon, a dashboard header, or a presentation deck.

That adaptability matters more than most CRM branding acknowledges. A finance CRM logo has to signal trustworthiness in a boardroom presentation and legibility on a mobile app icon, and the Trivi mark was engineered for both contexts from the start. The design stayed deliberately flexible so it could carry the brand across every surface a finance team encounters, from the login screen to the branded merchandise.

Progress

## Design Process

The Trivi build ran on a ten-phase structure, each phase carrying a clear task: research, concept, wireframe, testing, design system, prototyping, UI, handoff, a second testing round, and post-launch support. That sequence was chosen deliberately to minimize back-and-forth and solidify decisions early, before rework could compound into missed deadlines.

The discipline paid off in alignment. Locking decisions early let the team keep the crm finance and operations design decisions aligned with both business goals and user needs throughout the project, rather than discovering misalignment late when it costs the most to fix. Each phase built on the validated output of the previous one, which is what let a project this broad stay coherent from first wireframe to post-launch support.

Adaptivity & Personalization

## Tablet version

The tablet interface reorganizes Trivi's layout blocks based on screen size, keeping the dashboard clean, readable, and gesture-friendly across form factors. Core features like contact management, analytics, and automation flows stay accessible in one or two taps, so the tablet experience never feels like a compromised version of the desktop product.

Both landscape and portrait views are fully supported, which specifically improves usability for field agents who work away from a desk. That flexibility is where the financial crm software work earns its keep, because finance teams increasingly operate across devices through the workday, and a CRM that breaks when it moves from desktop to tablet quietly loses the field-agent portion of its user base.

Design Code

## Design Language

Lufga anchors the type system for Trivi, chosen for its roundness, clarity, and consistency. The typeface makes the interface friendly but structured, supporting the quick-scan reading that finance teams rely on when moving through dense pipeline data and cash flow readouts. That balance between approachable and precise is exactly what a financial CRM interface needs to earn daily use.

The color palette combines purple, yellow, green, and black, with each color playing a functional role rather than decorating around the data. Purple adds depth and a modern feel across the interface. Yellow marks CTA elements and notifications where user attention is genuinely required. Green supports financial actions, tying the color directly to the money movement Trivi manages. Black holds the UI structure together. That color logic helps with conversion and guides users toward key actions, giving the financial crm systems work a visual system tuned to its specific financial purpose.

Roadmap

## User Flow

User flows mapped the step-by-step routes users take to accomplish specific CRM tasks: adding a lead, updating a deal status, setting a reminder. Each route was translated into Figma prototypes and tested with a focus group before any high-fidelity design work locked in, ensuring the interaction logic held up against real user behavior rather than internal assumption.

The testing produced measurable results. Improved task completion time and lower bounce from onboarding both traced directly to the flow-mapping work, validating the decision to test interaction paths before committing to visual design. That order of operations is what gives the crm finance and management work its foundation, because a beautiful interface built on broken flows fails the moment real users touch it.

Social Media content

## Stories

The Trivi social presence extends the app's UI and tone into feed contexts, with icons, post templates, and animations following the same color system and typeface as the product itself. That visual unity keeps the brand recognizable across every surface where a potential user might encounter it, from the app to the social feed to the landing page.

Content covers how-to guides, feature highlights, and user tips, all designed to improve engagement rather than broadcast generic marketing. That approach increased awareness and drove traffic to product landing pages, giving the social layer genuine business function beyond aesthetic consistency. Finance CRM buyers research thoroughly before committing, and a coherent social presence supports the trust-building that finance-team purchase decisions depend on.

Identity

## Branding

The Trivi brand identity extends the visual system across screens, billboards, stationery, and merchandise. The system was built to be easily scalable and consistent across every format, so the brand holds its character whether it appears on a mobile app screen or a building-scale billboard mockup. Iconography, UI patterns, and branded mockups all support fast recognition and trust.

That consistency does real work for a finance CRM. Trivi UX/UI elements were reused across marketing materials to maintain one clear visual voice, and that unified voice reinforces the reliability signal finance teams evaluate before trusting a platform with their cash flow operations. Brand coherence is not decoration in this category, it is a trust mechanism that supports the entire sales conversation.

Strategy

## Work Planning

The Trivi strategy started with market research aimed at defining the strongest possible solution. The team studied similar CRM platforms, identified UX gaps, and mapped the specific friction points that were costing competing products their users. That competitive groundwork gave the design direction an evidence base rather than an assumption base.

The design focus centered on boosting user retention and lowering churn, with the strategy built specifically to improve customer support satisfaction and conversion across key flows. Every strategic decision traced back to those measurable goals, which is what let the best crm for finance positioning rest on genuine design decisions rather than marketing claims. The strategy set the targets, and the Result section confirms the design hit them.

Design Code

## Mobile App features

The Trivi mobile app was designed for quick interaction, responsive layout, and user clarity, with every screen focused on data visibility and instant actions for CRM managers working on the go. The interface supports contact lists, pipelines, automation triggers, and analytics in an organized structure that respects the pace of mobile finance work. Those UI decisions reduced user drop-off by 22%.

### Smart Pipelines

Users visualize pipeline stages with drag-and-drop control, editing deals, setting statuses, or assigning team members with one tap. The interaction speed turns pipeline management from a desk-bound task into something a finance manager can handle from anywhere.

### Notification Center

Custom alerts based on lead behavior or task deadlines keep users proactive and reduce missed actions. In finance operations where a missed deadline can carry real cost, the notification system does more than remind, it protects the workflow from the gaps that manual tracking leaves open.

The Finals

## Result

The quest to design Trivi CRM ran from competitor analysis through to the final product, and the outcome validated every strategic decision along the way. The team delivered a product with measurably higher engagement and lower churn than the previous CRM solutions the client had used, with user satisfaction rising through simplified flows and reduced decision fatigue.

The rebuild marks a real **digital transformation** of finance CRM operations, moving the category out of the generic-sales-tool pattern that forced finance teams to adapt their cash flow work to sales-shaped software, and into a system organized around the money movement finance teams actually manage.

## Key Efficiency Gains

### 34% higher engagement

The redesign lifted engagement 34% compared to the previous CRM solutions used by the client, reflecting the combined impact of smart pipelines, the notification center, and the cash-flow-first design logic that shaped every downstream decision.

### 29% lower churn

Churn dropped 29% against the client's previous CRM baseline, reflecting the retention-focused strategy that drove the entire build. Simplified flows and reduced decision fatigue kept finance teams inside the product rather than abandoning it for alternatives.

### 22% reduction in user drop-off

Mobile UI decisions specifically reduced user drop-off by 22%, confirming that the quick-interaction, data-visibility-first mobile design landed at the quality bar finance managers reward when working away from their desks.

> Trivi CRM feels consistent, and our team quickly adapted to the new system. Overall, the product is functional, reliable, and supports our growth.
