## Scope of work

We had a big scope of work from UPS TMS Platform - SaaS project. It was a quite a normal assignment with a few diffs: redraw the interface, reconstructing the interface, employee examine.   
  
The UPS project came with a clear ask - redesign the outdated logistics dashboard interface. We worked on updating the full UX/UI structure, redrawing screens, and streamlining key interaction flows. The scope also included internal employee testing and adjustment based on feedback.

## Project Timeline

This is our project timeline for this project. It was a little complicated, so it took time to polish it up to The Finals. This UPS TMS Platform - SaaS example took us through a 6-week sprint with milestone reviews. Due to data density and layered access levels, we needed to iterate multiple flows.

## Design Process

Describing the process can prove our experience and the nice feeling of time. We followed a structured UX process from audit to wireframes, then prototyping and delivery. In the UPS TMS Platform - SaaS ui / ux workflow, we prioritized dashboard clarity and user conversion paths. Frequent user validation helped us improve the layout logic across all views.

## Employee & Company Examine

We interviewed operations managers, airfreight coordinators, and backend staff. The goal was to assess platform usability, tool relevance, and conversion friction in existing flows. This gave us the right focus for both UI improvement and backend communication.

## Employee Survey

Bodies applied for employee survey and it helped us a lot, as we have really cool ongoing insights. Responses validated interface concerns and highlighted productivity blockers. Most employees were open to testing new features, which sped up iteration.

## Design & New app

We designed a lightweight, responsive UPS application interface with updated visuals and mobile access in mind. The structure followed real use-cases within logistics workflows.

Design Code

## Design Language

We completely redesigned the look of UPS's design code to make it feel incredibly powerful and new. We chose **Lufga**, a clear and easy-to-read font, perfect for digital dashboards. For the main colors, we used **black** and **white** to ensure everything was clear and easy to see. **Red** was used for important alerts, and green showed when things were ready to go. This simple color system helped prevent mistakes when people were dealing with lots of information quickly, especially during busy times.

## Website

Comin’ to website, we’ve done such a job with refinement on landing, take a look. The site now supports faster entry, quick routing to logistics dashboards, and better mobile performance. Key flows like onboarding and delivery tracking were simplified.

This is mobile app which employees asked a lot for. Within lovely approach the very good screens are born. That’s how we do it!

System alerts on flight status, cargo delays, or aircraft readiness appear in real time with prioritization logic.

### Cargo Overview Mode

The cargo (like in famous penguins meme) management is finely & comfily adapted, so you won’t miss a thing from mobile.

The Finals

## Result

The UPS example showed noticeable gains in usage satisfaction and daily traffic flow through redesigned touchpoints. Engagement and retention rates improved after full rollout of mobile support and logistics dashboard UI upgrade.
