About Muse

• Muse is a collaborative audio platform that allows music creators from all around the globe to come together to create music.

Unique request

• The concept behind Muse requires a lot of developmental force to rate smooth and uninterrupted experience, and we had to make sure to implement design that flows perfectly with the software.

Specific Goals

• Improved UX/UI

  Muse suffered from complicated dashboards that confused users with massive loads of information in tight spaces. Our task was to relieve the space, make it more free and breathable.

• Complete redesign

  We were assigned to redesign onboarding flows, the dashboard and setting selection, as well as in-session workflows.

Modernization

• Since Muse is a novel and quite innovative concept, we opted for a look and feel that would represent the idea behind the project. We focused on simplicity that allows easy adoption and use.

Metrics improved

• Since we decluttered the space, modernized the look and followed the natural user flow, it improved various metrics, such as adoption rate, lower churn rate, better conversion and retention rates.
