These Terms of Use are a binding agreement between you and Rondesignlab ("Rondesignlab", "we", "us") governing your access to and use of rondesignlab.com and any related media (the "Site"). By accessing the Site you agree to be bound by these Terms; if you do not agree, please discontinue use of the Site.

We may revise these Terms at any time. We will update the "last updated" date when we do, and your continued use of the Site after a revision takes effect means you accept the changes.

Rondesignlab is a digital experience design agency. The Site is informational and lead-generation in nature — it presents our work and services and lets you contact us or request an estimate through the forms described in our Privacy Policy. The Site does not process payments, sell products, or host a marketplace.

Unless otherwise indicated, the Site is our proprietary property: all source code, design, text, photographs, video and graphics on the Site (the "Content"), and the trademarks and logos it displays (the "Marks"), are owned by or licensed to us and protected by applicable copyright, trademark and other intellectual-property laws.

You're granted a limited licence to access and use the Site, and to view or print a copy of any Content you have properly accessed, solely for your own personal, non-commercial reference. These Terms are governed by the laws of Poland, and any dispute arising out of or relating to these Terms will be resolved in the competent courts of Kraków, Poland. If you are a consumer resident in the European Union, this choice does not deprive you of the protection of any mandatory provisions of the law of your country of residence, and nothing here limits your right to bring proceedings before the courts of that country.

We may update these Terms at any time. Material changes will be reflected in the "last updated" date, and continued use of the Site after that date constitutes acceptance.
