Cookies Policy

Cookies are small text files a website stores in your browser to recognize you on a later visit. We — and a few third parties we work with — also use similar browser storage, specifically localStorage, for some of the same purposes described below.

Some of these are session-based (cleared when you close your browser); others persist for a set period, described per item below.

Strictly necessary — remembers your cookie choice itself; nothing to opt out of.

Analytics — Google Analytics, to understand how visitors use the Site.

Advertising / marketing — Google Ads and the Meta (Facebook) Pixel, for ad measurement and retargeting.

First-party attribution — our own campaign-crediting storage, described below.

cookie_consent (localStorage, first-party, strictly necessary) — remembers your Accept/Decline choice. Kept until you clear it. Always active.

rdl_attribution (localStorage, first-party, marketing/attribution) — stores UTM parameters and an external referrer so a later form submission is credited to the right campaign in our CRM. Expires after 90 days. Currently loads on every page regardless of your Accept/Decline choice.

Google Analytics and Google Ads (gtag.js / GA4, advertising and analytics) — site-usage measurement and conversion tracking. Durations follow Google's own defaults. Gated by Google Consent Mode v2: denied by default until you accept.

Meta (Facebook) Pixel (fbq, _fbp, advertising) — ad measurement and retargeting on Meta platforms. Duration follows Meta's own defaults. Loads only after you accept cookies.

• Meta Custom Audiences

Approximate location (country, city, region, time zone) is derived server-side from your IP address on each request. It is not stored as a cookie in your browser, but is listed here because it feeds the same forms and CRM records as the trackers above — see our Privacy Policy.

We run Google Consent Mode v2 in "advanced" mode: the Google tag loads on every page, but by default it signals denied consent for ad and analytics storage. If you haven't made a choice yet, or you decline, Google may still receive a cookieless ping (no personal identifiers, no cookie set) used only for aggregate modelling — it does not set the Analytics or Ads cookies until you accept. Accepting updates that signal to granted.

Our cookie banner offers a single Accept/Decline choice covering analytics and advertising together.

You can also delete or block cookies through your browser's own settings; doing so may affect how parts of the Site display or function.

This site does not yet detect or honor Global Privacy Control (GPC) signals — see our Privacy Policy for your CCPA/CPRA rights.

Durations for each cookie/tracker are listed above. Data that reaches our CRM through a form submission (including any UTM/attribution values) is retained under the policy described in our Privacy Policy.
