Our goals were to hire a UI/UX designer to assist with building a user friendly Poolside Tech application that reduced the workflow required to maintain a complex system.

Upon signing on with the vendor, we moved quickly into design meetings and screen development. The speed in which we wanted to maintain was always kept.

Daily meetings took place to collaborate on flows and the overall look and feel of the Poolside app. Timelines were always kept and communication was impeccable.
