We’d worked with a company before and were looking for one that could solve our business problem. We looked at inspirational work done by various people and found that the designs by Rondesignlab were simple and unique.

The chat feature was something that was very rarely used before the new design, and we saw a significant jump after that. Our team is still implementing the rest of the screens, so I can’t speak about their impact yet. But we are sure that we’ll be continuing with Rondesignlab for other work.

They surpassed our expectations, delivering the wireframe work in two weeks instead of four. They were right on point, and the communication was also excellent. We had Zoom calls every two days, and we also used email and WhatsApp.

Rondesignlab has tackled a broad spectrum of UI/UX problems. They really understood what we needed, and it reflected in their work. They did in two weeks which would normally take 1–2 months, from research to design. Speed was something that really mattered, and Rondesignlab was on top of it. Secondly, a lot of agencies tend to overuse animations and color combinations. That’s why I was impressed with the simplicity of Rondesignlab’s work.
