For the Salesforce CRM - AI Scheduler ui / ux, we chose the Urbanist typeface. It improves legibility across dashboards and data-heavy screens. Urbanist supports clear information hierarchy and aligns with the visual system used in modern CRM tools. It helps reduce cognitive load during task management and navigation.

Color palette
In the Workbench Scheduler project we used a balanced color system: purple as the primary brand color, lime green for call-to-action elements, and blackish-blue for backgrounds and secondary content. This combination creates contrast, improves accessibility, and supports quick visual recognition. Lime green drives user focus on key actions like scheduling or confirming orders. All colors were tested for WCAG compliance to improve user satisfaction and engagement.
