We designed a logo that reflects the core idea of Trivi CRM - SaaS project - clarity, efficiency, and financial control. It’s made to work well across digital and print formats, with visual balance in small and large sizes. The symbol incorporates minimal elements connected to CRM management and workflow organization. We kept the design adaptable for use in app icons, dashboards, and presentation decks.

For Trivi CRM - SaaS we used Agrocom’s tactic to break the project down in 10 phases. Each had a clear task: research, concept, wireframe, testing, design system, prototyping, UI, handoff, testing again, and post-launch support.
This approach allowed us to work with minimal back-and-forth and solidify decisions early. It helped align the Trivi UX/UI decisions with business and user needs.

Tablet version
We adapted the interface for tablets with Trivi CRM - SaaS ui / ux blocks that reorganize based on screen size. The main focus was on keeping the dashboard clean, readable, and gesture-friendly.
Core features like contact management, analytics, and automation flows remain accessible in 1-2 taps. The tablet version supports both landscape and portrait views, improving usability for field agents.

For Trivi CRM - SaaS example, we used the font Lufga for its roundness, clarity, and consistency. Lufga makes the interface friendly but structured, supporting quick scan reading.
The color palette combines purple, yellow, green, and black. Purple adds depth and modern feel, yellow is used for CTA elements and notifications. Green supports financial actions, while black holds the UI structure together. This color logic helps with conversion and guides the user to key actions.

Roadmap
User Flow
Employing flow of user as visual roadmaps, illustrating step-by-step route user makes with his paws, like cat, to accomplish tasks. Each route was mapped to common CRM actions: adding a lead, updating deal status, setting a reminder.
These flows were translated into Figma prototypes and tested with a focus group. The result was improved task completion time and lower bounce from onboarding.

Stories
We designed visual assets for Trivi CRM’s social presence to align with its UI and tone. Icons, post templates, and animations follow the app’s color system and font for visual unity.
Content covers how-to, feature highlights, and user tips to improve engagement. This helped increase awareness and drive traffic to product landing pages.

Created the brand identity for Trivi CRM involved extending the visual things across screens, billboards, stationary, and merchandise.
The visual system was built to be easily scalable and consistent across formats. Iconography, UI patterns, and branded mockups support fast recognition and trust. Trivi UX/UI elements were reused in marketing materials to keep one clear visual voice.
