Typography and color
Core elements supporting clarity
In developing a consistent user experience, we established a visual system that supports clarity, structure, and emotional reassurance. The chosen font is modern and legible, selected for its neutrality and ability to support dense medical data without distraction. Color choices were made to guide attention, communicate status, and reduce cognitive load, ensuring the interface remains both accessible and trustworthy across use cases.

System usability score
User-centered testing for optimization
To assess how effectively the platform meets patient expectations, the team performed structured usability tests with three core user types. The sessions explored how clear, manageable, and trustworthy the experience felt when accessing real health records.
Usability Benchmark Result
With an average SUS (System Usability Scale) score of 80, the platform was rated “Excellent,” placing it among the most intuitive digital health solutions.

Problem and Solution
User frustrations shaped our focus
During the initial discovery phase, the team uncovered a key challenge: patients struggled to find and interpret health information across different records. This made tracking personal medical history feel fragmented and overwhelming - especially for those without medical experience.
Problem
How clear and accessible is it for users to view, understand, and manage their medical data across multiple providers?
Solution
We reimagined the interface with simplified structure and smart filters, enabling a smooth and user-friendly way to manage health records.
