Design Process
Describing the process can prove our experience and the nice feeling of time. We followed a structured UX process from audit to wireframes, then prototyping and delivery. In the UPS TMS Platform - SaaS ui / ux workflow, we prioritized dashboard clarity and user conversion paths. Frequent user validation helped us improve the layout logic across all views.

Design Language
We completely redesigned the look of UPS's design code to make it feel incredibly powerful and new. We chose Lufga, a clear and easy-to-read font, perfect for digital dashboards. For the main colors, we used black and white to ensure everything was clear and easy to see. Red was used for important alerts, and green showed when things were ready to go. This simple color system helped prevent mistakes when people were dealing with lots of information quickly, especially during busy times.
