Skilltree employee skill profile — one of the most compelling information architecture ux examples in HR tech

Intricacies

The app allows each employee to depict their skill set in an individual tree-like profile, the so-called “skilltree”. Employees choose skills out of a predefined list of skills, which is custom made for each of the client companies. The skills allocated by the employees are than evaluated by colleagues.
