The process

  • For each project, there are common steps of the way: the briefing, the Q&A, the research...but for the projects that require in-depth work, we provide our full capacity.

Steps of the Project

  • Briefing

    A standard procedure of “getting to know” the project - literally, the initiation of the process.

  • Brainstorm

    One of the more unique steps, usually performed on a project that has little body to it. We discover the audience, the competitors, and, by the end, the ways to beat the competitors and please the audience.

  • Wireframing

    Whether low or high-fidelity, wireframes are an extremely important part of the design process. Wireframes are the foundation for the upcoming design, so they have to be reliable and reflect most of the features the final product will have.

Issues We Faced

  • Making the product fun

    Though Astral seems to have an amazing idea behind it, marketing is a competitive field, so we had to get creative. Our work revolved around making the product feel novel yet simple - to reflect the nature of automation.

  • Working out user flows

    It was important for us to work out user flows to avoid major complications from the users’ side. But before that, we had to work out IA.

Information Architecture

  • IA is a backbone of a successful user flow. Before addressing the issues users may face while interacting with the product, there has to be proper organization of said product. It involves creating intuitive navigation and logical flows.

Concepts

  • Upon completing wireframes and agreeing on the user flow, we developed three concepts and presented them to the client in the form of a presentation.

  • Astral AI were satisfied with the concepts we presented, and they eventually chose the most fitting design for the idea.
