About the Project

Chaos needs regulation

  • Real estate is an industry like no other - chaotic, confusing, hard to understand - all because of how tedious the process many have to go through is. That process often involves picking an agent, browsing suiting listings according to a long and exhausting list of requirements, viewings, papers, signatures...it all just falls out of place instantly. That’s where Broker Network came and did all the job.

  • It was important to establish one thing - let the agents and the clients find each other quickly and with no trouble.

Matchmaking

  • Broker Network offers a platform, where listings from agents fall right into client’s hands, offering variety like nowhere offered. Since it is an open market model, the choice is bigger and more pleasing - there is a bigger chance a client would like a listing while seeing options from different agencies rather than one.

  • Variety is key to success, especially when choice is the main play.

What we did

  • We took upon this project and packaged it like it is - a matchmaking machine. We looked at your typical dating applications and transferred the logic onto the design we made for Broker Network.

What’s inside

  • Accentuate the variety

    We wanted to show the users that they have a choice. The listings are presented in a short and concise form to entice interest while not distracting from the decision making, and the light is shining upon the visual representation of each listing.

  • Don’t create clutter

    It was vital for us to not mess up the space. We wanted to leave interfaces spacious, breathable and light. The process of choosing listings in real estate is not quick, so the interfaces that tire the eyes were definitely not our choice. We stayed calm, comforting, and not distracting from the main act.

What came out

  • Broker Network turned out to be a platform that eases the process of real estate dealership. Not only does it bring agents closer to their clients, but it also streamlines the decision making that follows the choice of a listing. The platform truly kept it all in one place, which feels natural and organized.

  • Now realty won’t feel pressuring; it will bring clarity and focus.
