About GoodNotes app

Collaborative Notes Application

• We contributed to the design of the GoodNotes mobile app, focusing on building a clear structure for collaborative note-taking. Our role centered around defining the app’s visual hierarchy, interaction logic, and smooth transitions across actions like writing, editing, and organizing notes. The project was guided by consistent UX principles to simplify access and boost user satisfaction.

• Main goal

  Our goal was to define a digital environment where users can write, edit, and collaborate without friction. We focused on reducing cognitive load and increasing note visibility across sessions. The design choices were based on improving retention and minimizing drop-off in active usage.

Usability in Focus

• We designed a modular layout with categorized cards like “Plan for the Day” and “Image Notes,” allowing users to scan and act quickly. A floating button supports instant entry actions, improving conversion on new note creation. Visual structure was aligned with accessibility and fast user flow in mind.

Key Features

• Rich Text editor

  Add, highlight and edit text with advanced features in GoodNotes. This improves engagement by giving users full control of formatting using font size, bolding, and inline markup in real-time.

• Collaboration in Shared notes

  Notes can be edited together with visible contributors. This boosts collaboration rate and reduces content churn by syncing live edits and updates across multiple users.

Write outside the lines

• We led the interaction design for the hybrid writing experience that combines text, handwriting, and sketching. The feature encourages users to move beyond structured text fields, supporting spontaneous input and free-form thinking. This functionality was built to increase creative flexibility and reduce churn during open-ended tasks like brainstorming and lectures.

About Neatsy app

Pocket-Sized AI doctor

• Neatsy is a mobile health app that offers real-time foot diagnostics using 3D scanning and personalized recommendations. It lets users get instant medical insights, monitor health, and improve footwear choices using AI.



  While working on this project we focused on building a simplified UX that blends medical accuracy with clear visual interaction. Our team worked on the entire Neatsy ui / ux, from wireframes to interface motion and brand consistency across user flows.

Expert help guidance

• Neatsy delivers smart health recommendations by analyzing 3D scans of your feet and matching them with optimal footwear. The design system we developed improves navigation, visual feedback, and cross-brand usability. Our role included interface prototyping, 3D scan integration screens, and streamlining size conversion with brand filtering logic.

• Size Conversion Tool

  The app shows size equivalence between EU and US measurements. Interaction was optimized with a slider element to improve conversion rate and reduce user drop-off. Users can consult with our advanced AI technology and receive expert recommendations for health concerns.

• 3D Scan Ready

  Users can capture accurate foot scans in seconds. Real-time visual feedback shows scanning progress and confidence levels for each foot. Solving problems without going to the doctor, is always available in your phone with this App.

• Brand Matching UI

  Users can compare sizes across brands like Nike, Asics, and Under Armour and get accurate and reliable information from a virtual doctor at their fingertips. We designed a tabbed UI that adjusts based on scan data to increase selection efficiency.

About Personal Assistant app

Financial Application

• Personal Assistant app is a mobile tool designed to track finances and assist users in managing their funds, payments, and transactions. It offers real-time access to essential financial and shipping data, helping users stay informed and in control. 



  Our team worked on the UX/UI design for this Personal Assistant project, focusing on clarity, smooth navigation, and visual hierarchy. We simplified interaction flows and developed interface components for fast access to savings goals, challenges, and insights.

• The app provides a visual experience for users to manage savings, monitor challenges, and check balance progress through an intuitive layout. We created the visual structure for user challenges, designed data visualization around savings, and integrated personal voice assistant screens. The interface adapts well to light and dark themes and emphasizes quick access through voice or tap.

• Voice Assistant Interaction

  A personal assistant helps with finance queries and actions. The app supports natural voice input, using simple feedback animations and minimal layout distractions for higher conversion and satisfaction.

• Bitcoin Challenge Tracker

  Track your savings in USD and BTC with visual rings and user tags. Group challenge contributions are presented using color-coded visuals and personal identifiers, increasing collaboration clarity.

Personal Assistant Challenges

UX/UI Roadblocks

• We had to balance advanced functionality with minimal design to avoid user overload. Ensuring accessibility in both dark and light themes while preserving visual clarity required detailed visual system tuning.
  
  Lastly, creating Personal Assistant UI that feels both helpful and non-intrusive meant designing custom voice interface flows from scratch, with a focus on retention and engagement metrics.

About S&I app

Financial assistant for securities

• S&I project is built to empower users in managing investments and tracking financial assets from one mobile dashboard. Designed for those handling securities, the app improves visibility into market performance and portfolio status. 



  Our team worked on the full S&I ui / ux design, from layout wireframes to visual styling and interactive prototypes. We focused on real-time balance updates, stock monitoring, and simple usability to help investors optimize decisions.

One Dashboard. All Investments

• In the S&I example, we designed responsive UI components with high contrast, readable type, and actionable touch targets to improve conversions and lower drop-off rates. User sessions increased due to the simple layout and direct navigation to financial data.

Key Features

• Track Portfolio Shares

  Quickly see price changes for each asset. Apple, Netflix, and Amazon prices are clearly displayed with percentage shifts and current value. User can always view all available information. S&I ux/ui includes dark-mode card layouts to support focus and reduce eye strain.

• Financial News Feed

  Stay informed with company-specific news that updates in real-time. Users can choose which companies to follow. This increases retention by giving users context on market changes.

• Add Tracking Companies

  Users can select companies like Google or Amazon to follow updates and add them to their dashboard. Our team designed a floating button pattern for this action to improve conversion from browse to track, so all available promotions are always at fingertips.

S&I Problem statement

Identifying UX Gaps

• The initial product lacked clarity in content hierarchy and visual consistency, especially for new users unfamiliar with securities. Interactive elements like “Top up” and stock tracking weren’t immediately discoverable. S&I ux/ui needed to streamline access to actions while improving visual grouping of data.

• 01 – Low Discoverability of Core Actions

  Users couldn’t quickly locate key interactions like adding stocks or viewing news. We restructured the UI to prioritize these actions visually, which reduced drop-offs.

• 02 – Fragmented Data Presentation

  Information appeared disconnected between news, balance, and tracked shares. We implemented grouped card design and consistent scroll behavior to connect related data, improving engagement by 31%.

About Veri app

CGM tracker app

• Veri - Healthcare CGM Tracker app empowers individuals to actively manage their glucose levels by providing them with comprehensive CGM data monitoring, analysis, and sharing capabilities. It aims to support better diabetes management and facilitate effective communication between users and healthcare providers.

• Key Task

  Our key task were to create the user-centered design in Veri - Healthcare CGM Tracker project. We conducted extensive user research to understand the needs and preferences of our target audience, and we incorporated user feedback throughout the design process.

• The Veri - Healthcare CGM Tracker ui / ux was designed with simplicity and ease of use in mind. Users can easily view their upcoming tasks, set reminders, and mark task as complete, all with just a few taps of their finger.

  The Veri app includes a scan reminder feature that helps users stay on track with their fitness goals. The Veri device can track your steps, calories burned, distance traveled, and sleep patterns.

• Real-time feedback

  The Veri - Healthcare CGM Tracker example includes intuitive navigation so users can track changes over time without friction. Real-time feedback encourages consistent use, leading to higher engagement rates.

• The app syncs with a wearable device to provide personalized recommendations. Through this connection, users get insights into their body’s response to meals and movement. We simplified the device pairing process and reduced drop-off through clear visual cues. This feature contributes to longer user sessions and higher daily active use.

About Subway app

AR for Urban mobility

• The Subway AR Navigation app is designed to enhance navigation and orientation within the subway system using augmented reality. Our team worked on the complete ui / ux design, integrating AR route overlays, intuitive travel card management, and multi-stop route planning. The focus was on usability, visual hierarchy, and clarity to support navigation in complex environments like underground transport systems.

Interface that moves with you

• We designed an interface that helps users interact smoothly with transport and payment tools. The app uses AR overlays for route tracking and real-time data like speed, ETA, and directions inside subway tunnels. Integrated payment options (Apple Pay, Google Pay) allow users to manage and recharge travel cards. 



  The UI focuses on modular navigation and a structured, responsive card system to improve interaction rates and reduce friction in user flows.

• AR Technology

  The app utilizes AR technology to display information about the subway and directions directly on the mobile device screen. Users will be able to see virtual pointers indicating stations, transfers, exits, and other important objects.

• Payment integration

  The application integrates with payment systems such as Apple Pay, Google Pay, and others, allowing convenient payment through linked bank cards or electronic wallets.

Common User Pain points

• Subway users often struggle with poor in-tunnel navigation, fragmented payment systems, unclear route visibility, and lack of real-time interaction. These UX/UI issues increase confusion, drop engagement, and slow down trip planning in dense metro systems.

About WellBeings app

CBD Inhaler app

• The WellBeings - CBD Inhaler App is an innovative mobile application that allows users to track and control their CBD inhalation sessions. With personalized dosage settings, users can customize their CBD intake according to their needs. The goal of the WellBeings project was to simplify user interaction with smart inhaler devices while ensuring safe and optimized CBD usage.

• We designed WellBeings - CBD Inhaler App project to help users effectively utilize CBD inhalers, follow recommendations, and derive maximum benefits from CBD in their daily lives. The interface includes real-time inhaler connection, temperature tracking, and dosage visualization. The app enables device pairing in one step, intuitive usage tracking, and data-driven recommendations.

  Users can customize their CBD dosage according to their individual needs and preferences. The WellBeings - CBD Inhaler App example offers the ability to save dosage settings for quick access and reuse.

UX/UI Challenges solved

• We implemented simple pairing visuals, real-time feedback, and dosage highlights to enhance user control. The UI supports quick access to device data, improves retention, and reduces onboarding churn by clarifying each user step.

• 01 – One-Tap Device Connection

  We introduced a visual Bluetooth pairing flow that connects the CBD inhaler with the user’s phone in a single tap. This reduced onboarding friction and lowered drop-off rate during initial app setup.

• 02 – Personalized Dosage Interface

  The dosage tracking screen shows real-time stats like usage level, temperature, and dosage intensity. This improves user engagement by offering clear, actionable insights during each session.

Result

Final impact and reach

• Our conceptual work on enterprise mobile applications gained impressive recognition. Over the past year, the project reached 400k views, sparked more than 200 comments, and received 5k+ likes. This strong engagement reflects the relevance and quality of our design approach. The case successfully showcases how enterprise tools can be reimagined with cleaner UI, better usability, and a modern visual system.
