Problem & Solution
Fixing what slowed agents down
We found that agents were losing time and focus due to a cluttered interface and an inefficient call queue. The UI created friction in high-volume situations, which increased handling time and decreased user satisfaction.
To improve the UX/UI, we redesigned the interface for easier navigation and optimized the call distribution system. These updates reduced agent workload, improved response times, and helped support teams work more efficiently, directly impacting engagement and lowering handling errors.

Agents struggled to manage multiple calls efficiently due to a cluttered and unintuitive UI. Key actions were difficult to access, and the call queue lacked clear prioritization.
Solution
We redesigned the Callivio CRM - SaaS example interface to simplify navigation and integrated an optimized call queue system. This reduced visual clutter, lowered agent workload, and improved overall call-handling efficiency by ensuring smoother call distribution and faster response times.

As part of the Callivio project, a usability survey was conducted to measure how the redesigned interface impacted agent satisfaction, navigation, and task efficiency. Landing page
Design optimized for performance
The landing page is built to highlight tools for call analytics, agent reporting, and mobile access. UX structure supports easy navigation and fast content scanning. UI keeps interactions simple to improve conversion rate and engagement.
Callivio uses a clean layout, focused typography, and direct CTAs to guide users through feature sections. Graphic design supports user flow and keeps attention on performance data and integrations. Sections like FAQ and mobile app links lower CSR effort and raise retention.

System designed for clarity and structure
We used Urbanist in regular, medium, and semibold. The typeface supports a clear hierarchy and fast reading across UI components. It improves focus and keeps the experience clean and easy to navigate.
We used blue and white as base colors for layout and structure. Black and gray ensure legibility. Yellow highlights CTAs and key data. The color system improves conversion, supports accessibility, and builds visual consistency.
