Native Mining app by Elon Musk

• Tesla Phone app - a mobile application designed to enable cryptocurrency mining directly from mobile devices. It supports users in securely managing mining tasks through an easy-to-use interface. The app ensures user earnings are protected with reliable processes and offers round-the-clock support for issue resolution. Tesla Phone works for both newcomers and experienced miners.

• Main goal

  Our goal was to define a digital environment where users can write, edit, and collaborate without friction. We focused on reducing cognitive load and increasing note visibility across sessions. The design choices were based on improving retention and minimizing drop-off in active usage.

Features that drive conversion

• Our contribution focused on creating a streamlined UX/UI for mobile-based crypto mining. The graphic design was developed around usability, real-time stats, and clear data visualization to help users optimize their mining process. We used behavior-based logic to support better retention and lower churn.

Key Functions

• Set Up Hardware

  Users can configure mining settings using a visual interface that displays CPU temperature, usage, and power output. This flow was designed to reduce setup errors and improve user conversion during onboarding.

• Real-Time Earnings & Usage

  The dashboard shows active earnings and power consumption in a dynamic circular graph. This simplified approach improves transparency, increasing user engagement and session time.

• Users experienced confusion while configuring hardware settings and monitoring performance stats. The existing UI lacked clarity on earnings, power usage, and device health. Retention was impacted by high setup friction and unclear navigation.

About iNote app

Concept vision of digital notes

• The iNote - Smart Home Mobile App project explores interaction design for leaving notes to the attendant enables easy communication for residents and attendants. 



  The app is compatible with a wide range of smart devices, including thermostats, smart speakers, security cameras, smart locks, and more. You can add as many devices as you like, and the app will automatically pull information about each device, such as its model number, manufacturer, and other technical details.

Visual Solution

• The iNote - Smart Home Mobile App ui / ux uses a card-based layout, soft color palette, and drag-and-drop logic to simplify complex actions. Visual feedback and smooth microinteractions improve clarity and reduce cognitive load. The design encourages intuitive exploration and boosts user satisfaction.

Key Features

• Location-Specific Actions

  Selecting an area to create a note for the attendant with precise device placement. This leads to reduced churn rate by making the app context-aware.

• Task Assignment with Notes

  Write a note and choose a performer for that note. You can also add photos, videos, and voice recordings to your notes, making it easy to remember important details about your devices. This improves team collaboration and increases task completion rates in shared smart home environments.

• Priority-Based Tasking

  Change the priority of tasks. Tasks can be assigned and prioritized using a drag-and-drop interface. Supports productivity flows and encourages active user participation.

• Logic Pro is a mobile app designed to provide users with a comprehensive and personalized learning experience. We worked on the UX/UI and core interaction model to make learning efficient and accessible across multiple subjects.

• Main goal

  The app aims to improve knowledge retention and user engagement by providing structured learning paths with measurable progress. The design supports ease of navigation, clarity, and learning motivation.

Learn Smarter

• We developed a clear interface for Logic Pro, focusing on intuitive navigation and content prioritization. The structure supports easy access to topics and performance tracking, while maintaining clear UX/UI consistency across screens.

Core Functions

• Multi-Level Courses

  The app features a wide range of courses, from basic to advanced, in various subjects such as math, science, language, history, and more. Each course is structured to support user progression through short, focused modules.

• Interactive Learning Tools

  The app also includes interactive features such as quizzes, tests, and assignments. These tools improve engagement and allow users to assess their understanding in real-time.

• We collaborated with the client team and end-users to refine the Logic Pro UX/UI through user testing and performance metrics. Usability sessions were conducted to identify friction points in task flow, improve content visibility, and increase user satisfaction rate by 22%.

  of users preferred interactive over static content. This informed the redesign of 60% of learning modules to include quizzes and tasks.

• Monte app is a comprehensive tool to help you manage your finances and achieve your financial goals. We designed a flexible UX system with a modular card interface to support personalized financial tracking. 



  The Monte Mobile App ui / ux adapts to different data points using machine learning-driven components for consistent insights and easy navigation.

• The app also allows you to link your bank accounts, credit cards, and other financial accounts, giving you a complete view of your finances in one place. Monte uses advanced analytics and machine learning algorithms to provide you with customized insights and recommendations on how to improve your financial situation. You can set savings goals and Monte will help you create a plan to achieve them.

  Monte app gives a visual summary of key financial metrics: total balance, recent purchases, and reliability score. It’s structured with a clean layout to improve conversion through simplified navigation and data readability.

• Purchase Insight

  Monte provides a detailed view of the last transaction with contextual recommendations like discounts and cashback tips. This feature increases engagement by 47% and supports retention with dynamic, purchase-based suggestions.

• Add Tracking Companies

  Users can select companies like Google or Amazon to follow updates and add them to their dashboard. Our team designed a floating button pattern for this action to improve conversion from browse to track, so all available promotions are always at fingertips.

About Coin app

Financial Wallet app

• Coin app is a convenient and secure way to manage your finances. We worked on improving the Coin ui / ux by simplifying interactions, improving screen hierarchy, and optimizing crypto-related workflows like wallet balancing and conversions. Our design supports seamless navigation and ensures smooth performance across all main wallet features.

• Key Task

  Our key task were to create the user-centered design in Veri - Healthcare CGM Tracker project. We conducted extensive user research to understand the needs and preferences of our target audience, and we incorporated user feedback throughout the design process.

• Coin makes it easier to control and understand your finances through clean design and efficient task flows. The app integrates crypto with fiat accounts and provides tools to monitor balances, conversions, and transactions in real time. Coin UX/UI emphasizes clarity, fast access, and minimized user friction.

  With this app, you can easily track your expenses, manage your budget, and keep your financial life organized. Coin supports multiple currencies and allows you to link all your bank accounts, credit cards, and other financial accounts in one place for easy management.

Problem statement

• Users face multiple issues when managing both fiat and crypto assets within a single platform. Most apps lack transparency in transactions, and wallet structures often confuse or slow users down. These problems result in reduced engagement, low retention, and high churn rates.

• 01 - Confusing Wallet Balance Structure

  Many users abandon tasks when small or idle balances are displayed without context. The Coin ui / ux introduces a clear visual hierarchy to help users identify and convert small amounts instantly.

• 02 - Friction in Coin Conversion Flow

  Users often find it difficult to switch between coins or understand how much they’ll receive. Coin simplifies the conversion process with clear icons, real-time conversion results, and highlighted fees – improving conversion accuracy and completion rates.

About Bosh Smart Gathering app

• Bosh Smart Gathering is a smart lawnmower project focused on optimizing lawn maintenance through a mobile interface. The app connects with Bosh lawn mowers, offering control over mowing zones, blade height, and runtime. The project targets user autonomy, real-time status visibility, and increased user satisfaction.

  Monitor the status of your mower and have it serviced on time. Tracks device battery life, current task, and mowing progress. Helps reduce user uncertainty and improves retention through transparency.

• Interactive Lawn Zone Selection

  Convenient visual design of interaction zone selection, as well as navigation through your home. Tap-based grid interaction for lawn area mapping. Supports efficient route optimization, improves user satisfaction, and drives engagement.

• Custom Blade Height Control

  Convenient and clear grass height control. Users can set cutting height in mm with slider UI. Offers better personalization, leading to higher conversion rates and reduced support requests (CSR).

Product gaps and fixes

• We designed an intuitive lawn control system with battery status, mowing zones, and cutting height settings to increase user satisfaction and reduce churn rate.

  Most smart garden devices lack intuitive mobile UX, causing low usage and high churn. Users often find manual setup complicated and unclear.

  Bosh Smart Gathering example simplifies the setup and usage process, using visual guidance, direct controls, and smart automation. The app reduces setup time and improves retention and conversion.

About Broker Network app

Property finder app for realtors

• Broker Network is a proptech mobile app tailored for real estate professionals. The platform is designed to streamline property tracking, simplify apartment data management, and support seamless interaction between brokers and listings.
  
  We worked on the ui / /ux design system to improve flow logic, layout clarity, and mobile responsiveness. The application allows brokers to keep track of apartments and all additional information about them with the convenience of an interface.

• This Broker Network Mobile App example focuses on high-conversion UI design, using clear visual hierarchy, intuitive navigation, and feature-focused interaction. The interface supports brokers in managing property data, booking site visits, and staying updated with real-time offers.

  Displays property highlights such as location, brokerage rate, and image in one module. Clear CTA placement helps guide users toward sales actions.

• Convenient tabs for Projects

  Allows brokers to switch between the full listings and scheduled visits. This enables better traffic segmentation and improves time-to-action.

• Interactive Navigation panel

  Icons for share, call, and visit actions are anchored in an easy-access menu. Boosts engagement and reduces drop-off rate during conversion flow.

Broker Network User Challenges

User Pain points

• The existing property management workflows lacked centralization, leading to high bounce rates and missed conversion opportunities. Users found navigation between listings and site visits inefficient. Brokers struggled with accessing key listing information quickly, affecting user retention and lowering daily active use.

• 01 – One-Tap Device Connection

  We introduced a visual Bluetooth pairing flow that connects the CBD inhaler with the user’s phone in a single tap. This reduced onboarding friction and lowered drop-off rate during initial app setup.

• 02 – Personalized Dosage Interface

  The dosage tracking screen shows real-time stats like usage level, temperature, and dosage intensity. This improves user engagement by offering clear, actionable insights during each session.

Result

Design Outcome

• Our conceptual work on enterprise mobile applications gained impressive recognition. Over the past year, the project reached 400k views, sparked more than 200 comments, and received 5k+ likes. This strong engagement reflects the relevance and quality of our design approach. The case successfully showcases how enterprise tools can be reimagined with cleaner UI, better usability, and a modern visual system.
