          • In the RentEase Property SaaS example, we built a clear, consistent brand focused on trust and usability. The visual system uses clean typography, minimal layouts, and a bold yellow accent for strong recognition across digital and physical touchpoints.

            We applied this to the mobile UI, social media campaigns, printed materials, and branded merchandise like t-shirts and packaging. A detailed style guide ensured consistency for teams and marketing. This approach supports user recognition, improves engagement, and builds long-term retention.

          User Usability Score Analysis

          • During the user research phase, the team evaluated the RentEase dashboard interface to see how well it supports property management tasks. The goal was to understand if users could track occupancy, manage tenants, and monitor costs effectively. The research focused on improving user satisfaction, reducing churn rate, and supporting higher engagement.

            • To measure user satisfaction, the team used the System Usability Scale (SUS), a standard method for assessing perceived usability. The highest score recorded was 82, which is in the “Excellent” range.

              These results show that while some areas need improvement to reduce churn and increase engagement, the core property tracking feature has strong potential for supporting higher retention and user satisfaction.

            • As part of the RentEase app case study, we created a consistent and scalable visual system to support product growth and ensure clarity across devices. We selected the Urbanist font for its clean, modern appearance that improves readability in daily property management tasks. It offers a professional tone while staying accessible, supporting our goal of reducing user friction.

              For the color palette, we chose tones that build trust and maintain focus throughout the experience. Yellow serves as a highlight color that draws attention to key actions without overwhelming the interface. Green provides subtle background accents that support a calm, professional environment. Purple adds gentle, engaging touches to interactive elements, guiding users clearly without distraction.
