User Study
Chassie’s primary user pool includes customers with home offices, small business creatives, industry professionals and gamers. Based on this, Chassie’s branding, functionality and overall representation has to match the audience.
UX Foundation
To achieve complete balance within the UX, Chassie proposed to develop the website, beginning with a choice - customization or shop collection.
Customization vs Collection
To widen the Chassie’s audience reach, a collection of preset desks was created. This allowed for choosing an existing desk, instead of customizing one from scratch. This decreases user frustration and rejection rate.
