The Concept

  • The idea behind Goodworks emerged during COVID-19, when teams were separated and companies were falling apart from the inside out. Goodworks’ solution made sure to solve various issues within a workspace:

  • Separated Teams

Colleagues, who were used to each other’s presence, lose their connection when separated. Online presence feels different, yet Goodworks implemented a system that encourages employees to connect across the Internet.

  • Lack of Motivation

For those who were used to management that keeps them intact, online environment can be quite demotivating, Goodworks tackled that issue as well by implementing a system of rewards for different tasks getting done.

The Reward System

  • For each task done - whether it be work or team building-related - an employee gets a reward, previously defined by the employer. Among the most popular rewards are paid days off, early leave, monthly bonus and additional vacation days.

  • The variety of rewards should stimulate more effective performance.

Our Part

  • The design for corporate is usually simple and strict. In this project, we wanted the users to have more fun with the interface, so strictness and limitation would not be possible, considering the mood and intention of the product.

  • Our design focused on the intricacies of the workspace, like lack of stimuli or absence of community.
