MobileCoin is a cryptocurrency project that integrates a new and unique cryptocurrency into the market. The application is combining access to the cryptocurrency market, a wallet and a bank-like system with access to a user’s funds.

We conducted a UX audit using a structured, evidence-based format: screenshot → clear problem description → actionable improvement recommendation. This approach helped align stakeholders quickly and made it easy to prioritize issues based on impact and effort.

Following the audit, the client requested wireframes for a new version of the wallet experience. We produced a set of low-fidelity screens that clarified the updated information architecture, key user flows, and core interactions—ensuring the solution was functional, coherent, and ready for visual design. We then successfully presented the wireframes to the client, walking through the logic, edge cases, and rationale behind the decisions.

In parallel, we also created process flow diagrams to document the new product logic end-to-end. These flowcharts mapped decision points, states, and transitions, reducing ambiguity for both business and development teams and supporting a smoother implementation phase.
