Sales teams lose deals in the gaps between pipelines, tools, and follow-ups. The Pipedrive CRM deal management app was built to close them:
A deal management software rebuild that gives sales teams full pipeline control without the tool-juggling that scatters their data.

We need a CRM product design that simplifies complex sales workflows and supports teams managing multiple deal pipelines - all within one unified platform for both web and mobile.
CEO at Pipedrive
Pipedrive CRM Sales Deal Management is a platform that supports sales teams with lead tracking, task handling, and pipeline control, focused on consistent user flow and fast interaction across devices. The problem it solves is coordination: reps track deals in one pipeline, log tasks in another tool, and chase follow-ups through email, and every gap between those surfaces is where a deal quietly dies.
The client's brief was direct, a crm deal management product that simplifies complex sales workflows and supports teams running multiple pipelines, all within one unified platform for web and mobile. The design work carried a single principle across every screen: make each pipeline step feel predictable regardless of device.
We researched deal management habits across B2B and SaaS teams to define the core actions, then built interface logic with uniform interaction points, so a rep who learns to update a deal on desktop already knows how to do it on their phone.
That consistency is what separates a genuine deal flow management platform from a desktop tool with a cramped mobile port, and it gives the deal management sales workflow the clarity that keeps reps inside the product through the whole pipeline.

Sales teams often juggle multiple pipelines and tools, and the juggling scatters data, buries follow-ups, and pulls team alignment apart. Users need a centralized CRM that supports structured workflows and quick deal updates on any device, so the deal management sales process runs as one flow rather than a stack of disconnected tools.
Fragmented Pipeline Interaction
Sales reps struggled to switch between stages and pipelines. Limited control over deal updates increased churn and slowed the sales cycle at exactly the points where momentum matters most.
Inconsistent Workflow Experience
The mobile and web versions lacked UI alignment. That mismatch created gaps in user actions, hurt task visibility, and reduced engagement every time a rep moved between platforms.
Low Visibility of Deal Priorities
Users had no clear visual indicator for deal urgency or status. Follow-ups slipped, and the delay dragged down close rates and team coordination together.
We researched deal management habits across B2B and SaaS teams to define the core actions that carry a deal forward. Based on the client's workflow map, we built interface logic with uniform interaction points across web and mobile, so a deal flow management platform behaves identically wherever the rep opens it.
We focused on making every step in the pipeline feel predictable across screen sizes, no added thinking, just action.

The goal was a cross-platform CRM that gives users full control over pipelines, enables smooth task automation, and holds visual clarity and fast interaction regardless of screen size or device. Every design decision answered to those four outcomes, which is what a genuine deal management software rebuild demands rather than a feature list bolted onto a legacy structure.
Direct interviews and usage audits clarified the key friction points in task flow and deal updates. The metrics showed where delays occurred and why user retention dropped during stage transitions, which pointed the redesign straight at the moment users were most likely to abandon.
Pipedrive revolutionizes deal management with a user-friendly CRM platform, enhancing the financial sector with innovative UI/UX design.

74% - Device Switch Rate
Most users worked across both desktop and mobile every day. The lack of interface consistency between platforms slowed their updates and cut active session length, confirming that cross-device alignment was the highest-leverage fix.
51% - Needed Faster Stage Updates
Users said they often delayed pipeline changes because each one took too many actions. That delay clouded conversion visibility and pushed follow-up timing off track.
For Pipedrive CRM Sales Deal Management we built a structured mobile experience that prioritizes clarity and ease of interaction, supporting fast decisions through intuitive controls and focused deal visibility.
Unified Dashboard Structure
We implemented a compact, swipe-friendly dashboard with smart status indicators and contextual deal actions, letting users track and manage deals faster without navigating through complex screens.
Scalable Deal Cards
Deal cards adapt across mobile screen sizes with minimal visual noise. Each card surfaces key information and actionable elements, keeping users focused on task context and deal status.
We delivered a complete mobile CRM interface that supports flexible pipeline setup, drag-and-drop deal control, and instant updates. Teams reported a 42% faster onboarding process and improved task visibility from day one, marking a real digital transformation of how the client's sales teams manage their pipelines across devices.
+42% Deal Edits
User testing showed a 42% decrease in time spent updating deals. Faster inputs lifted engagement rates and reduced missed task alerts across the pipeline.
We’re excited to build on this foundation with advanced analytics and team performance tracking. The product launch showed strong adoption - and we’re already planning next steps for integration and feature expansion.
