Researching for user insights

  • During the user research phase, the team identified key challenges users faced while interacting with the product. By gathering both qualitative and quantitative feedback, we were able to gain a deeper understanding of the users' real needs and expectations.

    • To better understand the day-to-day experience of our users, we conducted in-depth profile analysis of key personas actively using the platform. One such profile is James Anderson, a farm operations manager who plays a central role in organizing and supervising farm activities.

      By observing James's usage behavior and gathering direct feedback, we were able to identify both the strengths of the current system and the main areas for improvement.

      • During the user research phase, the team conducted a systematic evaluation of a dashboard interface designed for farmers. The goal was to assess how effectively the interface supports task and resource management, yield tracking, and operational optimization.

        • To quantify user satisfaction, the team used the System Usability Scale (SUS) — a globally recognized method for evaluating perceived usability. The average score was 72, which falls into the “Excellent” category, indicating a high level of user satisfaction.

          On a scale from 0 to 100 — where 0 is the worst imaginable experience and 100 is the best — this result shows that the dashboard not only meets functional requirements but also provides a smooth and efficient user experience.
