We used user feedback throughout the design process.
We prototyped and tested multiple iterations of the interface to ensure that it was both functional and intuitive. We also prioritized visual design, using color, typography, and iconography to create a cohesive and aesthetically pleasing interface.
Typography and colors
In the Veri - Healthcare CGM Tracker project, we chose Montserrat for its readability and professional tone. The typeface supports a clear user flow across mobile screens, helping users quickly understand key actions. Instead of focusing on its design features, we based our decision on how well it keeps the content consistent. It also preserves a clear hierarchy.
We paired it with a palette of bright lime, black, white, and grey. The lime accent draws attention to interactive elements and signals progress in the health journey. The neutrals balance visual clarity, reducing noise and supporting accessibility in both light and dark modes.
UI Design
The Veri - Healthcare CGM Tracker ui / ux was designed with simplicity and ease of use in mind. Users can easily view their upcoming tasks, set reminders, and mark task as complete, all with just a few taps of their finger.
Simplicity
The app's navigation is straightforward, with simple and easily accessible buttons for adding and tracking activities.
Colors

Strategy
We started with a clear goal to improve user understanding of health data while keeping the experience simple. Veri helps find the right foods and habits for your body to lose weight, reverse insulin.
We focused on micro interactions and onboarding patterns that guide users through first-time use. Our UX plan included usability testing cycles aimed at increasing retention and reducing churn.
Scanning
The Veri - Healthcare CGM Tracker example includes a scan reminder feature that helps users stay on track with their fitness goals. The Veri device can track your steps, calories burned, distance traveled, and sleep patterns.
This feature helps users maintain a healthy, balanced diet. It shows calorie intake clearly and tracks progress toward fitness goals.
UI design
This feature allows users to monitor glucose levels, daily activity, and food intake in one place. The UI focuses on scannable metrics with bold highlights and simplified charts.
Real-time feedback
The Veri mobile app includes intuitive navigation so users can track changes over time without friction. Real-time feedback encourages consistent use, leading to higher engagement rates.
The app syncs with a wearable device to provide personalized recommendations. Through this connection, users get insights into their body’s response to meals and movement. We simplified the device pairing process and reduced drop-off through clear visual cues. This feature contributes to longer user sessions and higher daily active use.
The Finals
We delivered a user-first design aligned with healthcare usability standards in 2 sprints. The Veri app now offers a seamless interface that supports daily health tracking and smart insights.
Our focus on simplicity and engagement led to improved session depth and time spent in-app. Based on feedback, users feel more in control of their health decisions, contributing to stronger retention.
Clear visual hierarchy and seamless device integration made the difference - we’re seeing higher retention already.
