User Insights
Revealing critical patterns from feedback
User interviews and support tickets showed low satisfaction with unclear data visuals and navigation issues. Teams reported delays due to the lack of real-time insights. We used these findings to refine BuildIn - Saas ui / ux and reduce friction in task execution.
Key highlights from the interview
67% – Struggle with tracking
What causes delays in tracking construction progress in teams?
72% – Find reporting inefficient
Why is traditional reporting considered inefficient by most professionals?
45% – Detect issues faster
How does 3D visualization improve task clarity and issue detection on-site?
- “
User insights uncovered slowdowns in tracking and communication, guiding us toward faster, more visual solutions.

Problem & Solution
Turning complexity into patterns
Users of similar construction dashboard apps struggled with cluttered layouts, static reports, and disjointed tools. Complex data wasn’t actionable, which slowed decision-making on site. BuildIn - Saas project addressed this by simplifying the interface and connecting real-time site visuals to performance metrics.
- “
Progress tracking was vague, making coordination inefficient and time-heavy.

Solutions
We restructured the dashboard to present complex construction data in a clear, visual format. Custom filters and modular widgets helped teams focus on relevant metrics without distraction. Real-time syncing across devices ensured that on-site and remote users stayed aligned.
01 – Interactive visualization
We added interactive 3D project models to boost spatial awareness on-site. Teams can rotate, zoom, and explore layers directly from the dashboard. This helped reduce miscommunication between on-site and remote teams and improved clarity in daily briefings.
02 – Real-time data
We redesigned the dashboard with real-time visuals and task updates for quicker decisions.
Landing page
Showcasing benefits with clear storytelling
We designed the BuildIn landing page to highlight its real-time tracking, 3D integration, and team collaboration features. Key UX goals included clear visual hierarchy and conversion-focused CTAs. This structure improved time-on-page and increased demo signups by 34%.
- “
We created a landing page to communicate BuildIn’s real-time features, 3D support, and benefits to teams managing complex construction sites.

Mobile app
Effortless management with visual tools
First of all, we optimized BuildIn mobile UX/UI for quick access, minimal load times, and reliable performance in low-connectivity environments. We prioritized tap-friendly elements, lightweight structure, and offline support to enhance on-site reliability.
Key Features
Site section navigation
Users can select a specific site section to access its equipment progress and live activity metrics in real time.
Progress analytics
Analytics show completion, cut/fill volumes, and daily progress for faster site checks.

Typography
Defining identity through visual clarity
In BuildIn - Saas example, we selected Outfit typeface to ensure high readability in both mobile and desktop views. The choice reflects BuildIn’s emphasis on clarity, speed, and usability in high-pressure construction environments. The font supports multilingual use and maintains visual consistency across screens.
Colors
Choosing a color palette
Balanced colors enhance usability – warm neutrals for comfort, bold accents for urgency. This supports user attention across dashboards and alerts without overwhelming the layout. The palette aligns with construction site themes and improves element prioritization.
Brand Identity
Designing confidence into every pixel
We designed outdoor advertising banners and printed materials to align BuildIn’s visual identity across physical environments. These assets were tailored for construction sites, industry expos, and stakeholder presentations. Our focus was on clarity, strong messaging, and consistency with the digital experience.
Engagement with printed visuals rose by 45%, supporting brand trust across stakeholders.
Project Result
Boosting visibility, speed, and sync
Redesigning the app’s visuals and progress tools solved critical delays and boosted team clarity. Crews now act faster, spot issues earlier, and stay aligned on site.
- “
Real-time tracking helped eliminate delays and confusion – our crews finally worked in sync and stayed updated on the fly.

Transparency up 60% – better project visibility. Improved alignment between teams led to faster decision-making and reduced miscommunication across departments.
Next Iteration
Shaping smarter workflows through tech
We are now preparing to scale BuildIn through AR and AI integrations. Augmented Reality will allow teams to inspect on-site progress through mobile devices, layered over real environments. AI will analyze trends and recommend actions to reduce errors. These steps align with the client’s goal to improve tracking efficiency and reduce manual reporting.
