About GoodNotes app
Collaborative Notes Application
We contributed to the design of the GoodNotes mobile app, focusing on building a clear structure for collaborative note-taking. Our role centered around defining the app’s visual hierarchy, interaction logic, and smooth transitions across actions like writing, editing, and organizing notes. The project was guided by consistent UX principles to simplify access and boost user satisfaction.
Main goal
Our goal was to define a digital environment where users can write, edit, and collaborate without friction. We focused on reducing cognitive load and increasing note visibility across sessions. The design choices were based on improving retention and minimizing drop-off in active usage.

We designed a modular layout with categorized cards like “Plan for the Day” and “Image Notes,” allowing users to scan and act quickly. A floating button supports instant entry actions, improving conversion on new note creation. Visual structure was aligned with accessibility and fast user flow in mind.

Add, highlight and edit text with advanced features in GoodNotes. This improves engagement by giving users full control of formatting using font size, bolding, and inline markup in real-time.

Pocket-Sized AI doctor
Neatsy is a mobile health app that offers real-time foot diagnostics using 3D scanning and personalized recommendations. It lets users get instant medical insights, monitor health, and improve footwear choices using AI.
While working on this project we focused on building a simplified UX that blends medical accuracy with clear visual interaction. Our team worked on the entire Neatsy ui / ux, from wireframes to interface motion and brand consistency across user flows.

Users can capture accurate foot scans in seconds. Real-time visual feedback shows scanning progress and confidence levels for each foot. Solving problems without going to the doctor, is always available in your phone with this App.
Brand Matching UI
Users can compare sizes across brands like Nike, Asics, and Under Armour and get accurate and reliable information from a virtual doctor at their fingertips. We designed a tabbed UI that adjusts based on scan data to increase selection efficiency.

We had to balance advanced functionality with minimal design to avoid user overload. Ensuring accessibility in both dark and light themes while preserving visual clarity required detailed visual system tuning.
Lastly, creating Personal Assistant UI that feels both helpful and non-intrusive meant designing custom voice interface flows from scratch, with a focus on retention and engagement metrics.
About S&I app
Financial assistant for securities
S&I project is built to empower users in managing investments and tracking financial assets from one mobile dashboard. Designed for those handling securities, the app improves visibility into market performance and portfolio status.
Our team worked on the full S&I ui / ux design, from layout wireframes to visual styling and interactive prototypes. We focused on real-time balance updates, stock monitoring, and simple usability to help investors optimize decisions.

In the S&I example, we designed responsive UI components with high contrast, readable type, and actionable touch targets to improve conversions and lower drop-off rates. User sessions increased due to the simple layout and direct navigation to financial data.

Quickly see price changes for each asset. Apple, Netflix, and Amazon prices are clearly displayed with percentage shifts and current value. User can always view all available information. S&I ux/ui includes dark-mode card layouts to support focus and reduce eye strain.

Stay informed with company-specific news that updates in real-time. Users can choose which companies to follow. This increases retention by giving users context on market changes.
Add Tracking Companies
Users can select companies like Google or Amazon to follow updates and add them to their dashboard. Our team designed a floating button pattern for this action to improve conversion from browse to track, so all available promotions are always at fingertips.

S&I Problem statement
Identifying UX Gaps
The initial product lacked clarity in content hierarchy and visual consistency, especially for new users unfamiliar with securities. Interactive elements like “Top up” and stock tracking weren’t immediately discoverable. S&I ux/ui needed to streamline access to actions while improving visual grouping of data.
01 – Low Discoverability of Core Actions
Users couldn’t quickly locate key interactions like adding stocks or viewing news. We restructured the UI to prioritize these actions visually, which reduced drop-offs.
02 – Fragmented Data Presentation
Information appeared disconnected between news, balance, and tracked shares. We implemented grouped card design and consistent scroll behavior to connect related data, improving engagement by 31%.
