Usability Tests
The rapid evolution in cleaning apps
To ensure Everybot Cleaner - Mobile App project meets real user needs and offers a truly seamless experience, we conducted multiple rounds of usability testing with diverse participants. We observed how users interacted with key features and identified pain points that could disrupt the cleaning process.
These insights helped us refine navigation flows, simplify UI components, and improve task completion speed. As a result, users reported greater confidence in using the app and expressed appreciation for how effortlessly it integrated into their cleaning routines.

Studies show that traditional vacuum cleaners miss up to 15% of dirt and debris on floors and carpets. We strive not only to create a unique design, but also to significantly improve user interaction with our product.
01 - Strategy
During this phase, we conducted competitor analysis and user research to better understand market standards and user expectations. Based on these insights, we formulated hypotheses about user behavior and pain points. We defined clear project goals, aligned business requirements with user needs, and prioritized core functionalities.
02 - Discovery
We applied user modeling and created Customer Journey Maps (CJM) to understand user behavior and expectations. Based on these insights, we developed initial wireframes, mapped out the user flow, and prioritized key features.
Early testing allowed us to validate our UX design decisions and ensure the product effectively addresses real user needs.03 - Solution
In the final phase, we focused on delivering a cohesive and user-centered experience. We translated user flows into high-fidelity wireframes, crafted a consistent UX design, and developed a scalable design system. The Everybot Cleaner - Mobile App ui / ux design reflected the brand's identity, ensuring visual appeal and clarity while upkeeping efficiency. Through iterative usability testing, we refined the interface based on user feedback.

Visual language
For typography, we used Lufga that adds clarity, friendliness, and visual harmony across the app.
To reflect the idea of cleanliness and smart simplicity, we chose a minimalistic color palette: black, white, and shades of gray as the foundation, complemented by yellow and green as fresh, energetic accent colors. These accents bring warmth and liveliness to the interface while reinforcing the concept of an intelligent and efficient cleaning assistant.
