• The team ran a structured usability study to assess how well the interface supports financial planning, AI-driven insights, and seamless access across devices. The objective was to measure clarity, user confidence, and navigation quality within the Ledgerix UX/UI.

• We chose the Urbanist typeface for Ledgerix CRM to communicate clarity and approachability in every user interaction. It’s a modern sans-serif font that maintains strong legibility across headings, subheadings, and body text.

  Our decision prioritized a consistent hierarchy, supporting users in quickly scanning and understanding information without distraction. By keeping the typography simple yet confident, we aimed to reinforce trust while ensuring the experience feels streamlined and professional.

• Our color palette is built on balance and purpose. A vibrant green was selected to signal action, growth, and reliability, which are essential to a CRM platform. This is supported by neutral black, white, and shades of gray that provide contrast and maintain visual clarity.

  We designed the system to guide attention deliberately, avoiding unnecessary complexity. Overall, the color choices reflect a commitment to accessibility, consistency, and a brand that users can recognize and trust instantly.
