Creating a successful online presence for a company in fashion is vital for global reach. Moody made exactly the move.

Moody, a lens manufacturer and a brand, highly acknowledged in Asia, made a strategic decision to expand their reach and go global. They reached out to us with a question - “how do we do this?” So, we stepped in.
Local vs global market is a serious conversation every team should have. And, when it comes to developing products that support such decision to expand, a team of professionals must take over the design process.
Fashion industry is quick to evolve. It is colorful, bright, multi-dimensional, and, most importantly, rapid. So the UI UX design has to match certain criteria:
Moody struggled with presentation and their UI. The reflection of their style in web design seemed to be rather typical, mundane and boring, especially for the global audiences. This would not have made any conversion increase or user retention on the international level, so Moody had to create UI that would attract from the first glance and make them stand out as a brand
Usability and ease of use are the main pillars of a successful product. Considering the competition brands have to face, battling for the attention of the user, it is vital to maintain a product that is fast-loading, usable and is easy to adopt and use.
Global market is unpredictable. It is overwhelming for the new players, but having a UI UX design that supports the brand is a massive benefit.

When designing for Moody, we stepped back from the classic selling model. We wanted to focus on Moody’s unique offer and attract by showing how big of a lifestyle upgrade having products from Moody is. Our vision was clear - create an exclusive set of visuals that tell a story, talk to the user through navigation, buttons and pictures. Every frame we designed was exquisite and luxurious, which told the user - having Moody in your collection is privilege. And privilege is always in demand.
This change of an overlook made Moody get a 30% conversion boost within tight timeframes.
Lead Designer
Our web design for Moody served not only as a visual outlet for the company’s messaging, but also as a medium of Moody’s dedication for quality, aesthetic approach and deep understanding and resonation with the current fashion environment. The slogan of this project was clear - to plant a strong belief that Moody is not just another lens manufacturer, but a statement, a tribute to fashion, personal expression and an elevated lifestyle.
